caBIG® Support Service Providers
The caBIG® Enterprise Support Network (ESN) recently announced the addition of two Support Service Providers (SSP). SAIC and LabAnswer join a growing list of companies who are licensed by the NCI to provide comprehensive technical support to those developing, adopting, or adapting caBIG® technology.
As members of the SSP program, both companies have demonstrated compliance with established criteria in one or more of the following catagories: Help Desk Support; Adaptation and Enhancement of caBIG® -Compatible Software Applications; Deployment Support for caBIG® Software Applications; Documentation and Training Materials and Services; and Data Sharing and Security Framework Implementation Support.
LabAnswer is a licensed caBIG® Support Service Providers Program, in the categories of Help Desk Support; Deployment Support for caBIG® Software Applications; and Documentation and Training Materials and Services.
SAIC is a licensed caBIG® Support Service Providers Program, in the category of Adaptation and Enhancement of caBIG® -Compatible Software Applications.
The ESN was established to support the growing caBIG® community by providing appropriate services, mentoring and expertise. In addition to the services available through the SSP program, domain-specific resources are available through Knowledge Centers.
